Spring Break

Spring break. Not much to report academically — just one Contracts makeup class with Barnes on Friday, where he bottom-lined the remaining defenses (unconscionability, misrepresentation, duress) in a condensed session. He was running on “slightly fuzzy brain” too, his words. Mostly I recharged, shook off the last of the flu, and tried not to think about the trial brief due after break. Back at it next week.
